09:11 AM EDT, 08/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Goliath Resources ( GOTRF ) said on Friday that 2.39 million common share purchase warrants had been exercised, mostly by strategic investors, for total proceeds of $1.8 million.

The warrants were set to expire starting March 25, 2025 and the balance over the course of the year with strike prices of up to $0.92 each.

There is still over $9 million of warrants that are in the money with an average strike price of $0.63 based on yesterday's close.
