12:28 PM EST, 01/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GoodRx Holdings ( GDRX ) said Monday that Chief Financial Officer Karsten Voermann has submitted his resignation due to personal reasons.

The company appointed its current accounting chief Romin Nabiey as interim CFO, according to a regulatory filing. Nabiey has been GoodRx's ( GDRX ) chief accounting officer since April 2022.

The changes will take effect Friday, the company said in the filing.

GoodRx ( GDRX ) shares slipped 8% in recent trading.
