Goodyear Tire & Rubber Completes $905 Million Asset Sale to Yokohama Rubber

05:36 PM EST, 02/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Goodyear Tire & Rubber ( GT ) completed the sale of its off-the-road tire business to Yokohama Rubber Co. for $905 million in cash.

The proceeds will be used partly to lower debt, Goodyear said Monday in a statement.
