03:45 PM EDT, 06/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Alphabet's (GOOG) Google Cloud unit has entered into a multi-year partnership with Motorola Mobility to integrate generative artificial intelligence Moto AI into Motorola phones, starting with the new razr+ and razr 50 ultra, the companies said Tuesday.

Moto AI uses Google Cloud AI technology to support smartphone features like Magic Canvas, which lets users create images through descriptions, and Style Sync, which matches phone themes to personal styles, the companies said.

The razr phones with Moto AI are now available in select countries within Latin America and Europe, the companies said.

Alphabet's shares were up 2.3% in recent Tuesday trading.
