Google Cloud, Workday Collaborate on App Development With Generative AI

10:32 AM EDT, 06/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google Cloud said Monday it expanded its partnership with Workday (WDAY) to improve how customers build and manage apps on Workday through new generative artificial intelligence capabilities.

The partnership allows Workday to use Gemini models and Vertex AI to enable generative AI capabilities within Workday Extend, according to Google Cloud.

The companies also announced the availability of Workday solutions on Google Cloud Marketplace, which makes the purchase and deployment of Workday solutions on Google Cloud's infrastructure easier for Google Cloud customers and new Workday customers.
