07:10 AM EDT, 07/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GoPro ( GPRO ) Friday said that a US Administrative Law Judge of the International Trade Commission issued an initial determination, which found that China-based Insta360 infringed on its intellectual property in violation of US law.

The judge found that Insta360 infringed on a patent covering GoPro's ( GPRO ) HERO camera design, and validated multiple patent claims covering GoPro's ( GPRO ) HyperSmooth video stabilization, the company said.

The International Trade Commission is expected to issue its final determination on all of GoPro's ( GPRO ) infringement claims against Insta360 by Nov. 10, the company said.
