Gorilla Technology Group Says Lawsuit Against Culper Research Settled

09:00 AM EDT, 07/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Gorilla Technology Group ( GRRR ) said Monday it has settled its lawsuit against Culper Research and its founder, Christian Lamarco, through a confidential agreement that does not involve any financial terms.

The litigation followed a short report issued by Culper Research on April 4, while Gorilla filed its complaint on April 16, the company said.

No other details were provided.

Culper did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.

Shares of Gorilla Technology ( GRRR ) were up more than 1% in recent Monday premarket activity.
