07:12 AM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GR Silver Mining ( GRSLF ) said Tuesday it received a five-year drill permit for the San Marcial area of its Plomosas silver project in Mexico.

The permit authorizes step-out and exploration drilling at 46 new sites in San Marcial. GR said it is the first time the company has secured a long-term permit of this kind, which will allow it to complete the final three drill holes of the 2025 summer program.

The company also plans further geophysical work and additional drilling in the coming months.

GR Silver shares rose 7.7% Monday to $0.21 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
