GR Silver Mining Upsizes Private Placement Financing to $2.4 Million

03:58 PM EDT, 09/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- GR Silver Mining ( GRSLF ) said Tuesday it is upsizing a private placement offering due to additional interest.

The company will now offer up to 15-million units at $0.16 each, aiming to raise up to $2.4 million in gross proceeds. This is an increase from the previous plan to offer 12.5-million units for $2 million.

Each unit is made up of a share and a two-year warrant to buy a second share for $0.22.

All other terms of the offering remain the same, the company added.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.01 to $0.19 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
