Grab Swings to Q1 Loss, Revenue Rises; 2026 Sales Outlook Maintained -- Shares Up Pre-Bell

04:55 AM EDT, 05/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Grab Holdings ( GRAB ) reported a Q1 loss Tuesday of $0.01 per diluted share, swinging from earnings of $0.01 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected EPS of $0.02.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $955 million, compared with $773 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $921.7 million.

For 2026, the company continues to expect revenue of $4.04 billion to $4.10 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $4.10 billion.

Grab shares were up 3.6% in premarket activity.
