Graco Acquires Equipment Manufacturer Radia for $69 Million

10:13 AM EST, 11/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Graco ( GGG ) said Monday it has acquired equipment manufacturer Red Devil Equipment, better known as Radia, in a transaction valued at $69 million.

Radia manufactures mixing, shaking, and automated material handling equipment for the paint and coatings industry, Graco ( GGG ) said.
