11:06 AM EST, 11/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Graco ( GGG ) closed the acquisition of tinting equipment manufacturer Corob for 230 million euros ($250.6 million) with an additional contingent consideration of up to 30 million euros.

Corob generated 110 euros million in revenue in 2023 and employs over 600 people globally, Graco ( GGG ) said Monday in a statement.

Paris-based investment firm Ardian announced the Corob sale to Graco ( GGG ) on Sept. 27.

Graco ( GGG ) shares rose 1.1% in recent trading Monday.
