05:12 AM EDT, 07/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Graco ( GGG ) said late Thursday it has agreed to acquire Color Service, an Italian company specializing in automated dosing systems, for 63 million euros ($73.3 million).

Color Service, which employs 140 people, provides precision dosing technology to industries like textiles, plastics and food. It had revenue of 34 million euros in 2024.

The deal is expected to close in Graco's ( GGG ) fiscal Q3, the company said.
