04:33 PM EDT, 09/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Graco ( GGG ) said Thursday it has agreed to acquire Corob for 230 million euros ($257 million).

The agreement includes additional contingent consideration of up to 30 million euros, Graco ( GGG ) said. It expects to close the deal in Q4.

Corob manufactures dispensing and mixing solutions for applications including paints and coatings, inks and chemicals.
