GrafTech to Implement 1-for-10 Reverse Stock Split

04:48 PM EDT, 08/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GrafTech International ( EAF ) said Monday it will implement a 1-for-10 reverse stock split of its common stock, effective Aug. 29.

The reverse split, approved by shareholders last week, will consolidate every 10 shares into one.

The authorized shares of common stock will be reduced to 300 million from 3 billion, and preferred stock to 30 million from 300 million, while par value remains $0.01 per share, according to the company.
