04:58 PM EDT, 10/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Graham (GHM) said late Monday it has acquired certain assets of Xdot Bearing Technologies, an engineering and technology company.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

Xdot's foil bearing technology will be integrated into Graham's unit Barber-Nichols' turbomachinery solutions to expand the company's high-speed pump and compressor portfolio, Graham said.

Graham said it expects Xdot, which has annual sales of about $1 million, to be slightly accretive to its fiscal 2026 net income.
