05:09 PM EDT, 03/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Grail (GRAL) said late Thursday that Bob Ragusa will retire as chief executive officer, starting June 1.

Grail president Josh Ofman will succeed Ragusa, the company said. Ofman was also appointed to the company's board of directors, effective immediately, according to a statement.

Ragusa will remain on the board until June 1 and will serve in an advisory role through March 2027, the company said.
