06:41 AM EST, 02/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Gran Tierra Energy ( GTE ) on Monday said it swung to a net loss in the fourth quarter on lower sales.
The company posted a net loss of US$34.2 million, or US$1.04 per share, compared with net income of US$7.7 million, or US$0.23 in the year-ago period.
Oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids sales fell to US$147.3 million from US$154.9 million.
Adjusted EBITDA came in at US$76.2 million, down from US$93 million.
For the full year 2024, Gran Tierra achieved production of 34,710 barrels of oil equivalent per day on an average working interest before royalties basis, up 6% from 2023.
Gran Tierra expects 2025 production of between 47,000 and 53,000 boe/d.
