Gran Tierra to Sell North Sea Unit to NEO Energy for $7.5 Million

05:43 PM EDT, 06/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Gran Tierra Energy ( GTE ) said late Wednesday that its unit has agreed to sell its wholly owned subsidiary, Gran Tierra North Sea, to NEO Energy for $7.5 million.

The deal is expected to close in Q3, subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval from the North Sea Transition Authority, the company said.
