05:22 PM EDT, 06/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Granite Construction ( GVA ) said Wednesday it has signed a long-term lease with the Port of Woodland for a new construction materials facility near Woodland, Washington.

The facility, which is expected to begin operations in 2025, is expected to supply construction materials to the Southwest Washington construction market, the company said.

Financial terms of the lease weren't disclosed.
