09:05 AM EDT, 10/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Granite Construction ( GVA ) said Monday that its Centennial Aggregate unit has acquired Cinderlite Trucking in Carson City, Nevada.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The company said the acquisition increases its mineral resources by 100 million tons and boosts annual production volume by 975,000 tons.
