Granite Gets $88 Million Highway Contract in California

05:03 PM EST, 01/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Granite Construction ( GVA ) said Thursday it has been awarded a contract of about $88 million by the California Department of Transportation to improve a section of the Ortega Highway State Route 74.

Construction is slated to start in April 2025 and be finalized in November 2026, the company said.
