01:14 PM EDT, 04/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Graphene Manufacturing Group ( GMGMF ) said Friday it tapped Joshua George to serve as chief financial and commercial officer, effective April 8.

The company also reported the departure of Brandon Leong, who has been serving as chief financial officer since October 2023.

George has 30 years of commercial and financial leadership roles, including as general manager commercial for Arrow Energy.

The company's shares were last seen down C$0.04 to C$0.69 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
