05:23 PM EDT, 10/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Graphic Packaging ( GPK ) said in a regulatory filing late Thursday that chief financial officer Stephen Scherger has decided to resign, starting Nov. 7.

Charles Lischer, the company's chief accounting officer, will succeed Scherger on an interim basis, according to the filing.

Scherger is joining Amcor (AMCR) as chief financial officer, starting Nov. 10, according to a statement from Amcor.

Shares of Graphic Packaging ( GPK ) fell 2% during after-hours trading.
