10:23 AM EDT, 05/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Graphic Packaging Holding ( GPK ) subsidiary Graphic Packaging International said Monday it has launched a private offering of $500 million of senior notes due 2032.

The company's unit said it expects to use the proceeds to repay a portion of the outstanding borrowings under its credit facilities, to pay fees and expenses related to the senior note offering and for general corporate purposes.
