07:06 AM EDT, 07/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Graphic Packaging ( GPK ) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.42 per diluted share, down from $0.60 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.40.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $2.20 billion, down from $2.24 billion a year earlier. Analysts expected $2.16 billion. The shares were up almost 3.8% in premarket trading.

The company narrowed the range for 2025 adjusted EPS guidance to $1.90 to $2.20 from the prior outlook of $1.75 to $2.25.
