07:22 AM EDT, 10/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Graphic Packaging Holding ( GPK ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.64 per diluted share, down from $0.74 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.69.

Net sales for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $2.22 billion, down from $2.35 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $2.28 billion.

For 2024, the company said it now expects adjusted diluted EPS in the range of $2.49 to $2.61, down from its prior outlook of $2.65 to $2.85. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $2.65.
