09:14 AM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Graphite One ( GPHOF ) on Thursday welcomed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council and the State of Alaska to accelerate permitting of critical infrastructure projects under the council's FAST-41 program.

The company noted its Graphite Creek project is the only project listed on both the federal FAST-41 and Alaska state permitting dashboards.

"As the only project listed on both the federal FAST-41 and Alaska state permitting dashboards, Graphite One ( GPHOF ) is delighted to see this new MOU between the State of Alaska and the Permitting Council," said Anthony Huston, CEO of Graphite One ( GPHOF ).

Under the MOU, the permitting council will provide support and coordinate with project sponsors and the state to facilitate a timely and efficient permitting process.

"This is yet another example of how Alaska leads the way in critical mineral development, bringing much-needed coordination between state and federal permitting efforts," Huston said.

Graphite One's ( GPHOF ) share price gained 1.4% on Wednesday to $0.74 on the TSXV.
