11:04 AM EDT, 06/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Graphite One ( GPHOF ) on Wednesday said it entered into a second non-binding agreement to supply anode active materials (AAM) to electric-vehicle maker Lucid Group for an initial five-year term.
The initial July 2024 agreement involved synthetic graphite AAM, while the new agreement covers natural graphite AAM which will be supplied to Lucid and its battery-cell suppliers for use in future vehicles, a statement said.
Graphite One's ( GPHOF ) U.S. graphite supply chain is planned to produce graphite concentrate from the Graphite Creek deposit North of Nome, Alaska, and AAM at a facility to be constructed in Warren, Ohio, subject to financing.
The company's shares were last seen up $0.02 to $0.89 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
