05:29 PM EDT, 08/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Graphjet Technology ( GTI ) said late Monday it has received a non-compliance notice from Nasdaq for failing to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30.

Graphjet ( GTI ) said it needs to respond to Nasdaq no later than Aug. 27.

The company also said it previously agreed with Nasdaq that it would regain compliance before Sept. 15.
