04:45 PM EDT, 08/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Graphjet Technology ( GTI ) said Friday its board has determined the effective date for the planned consolidation of the company's shares at a ratio of 1-for-60.

The consolidation will become effective as of 12:01 am ET on Aug. 25, the company said, adding the shares are slated to start trading on a split-adjusted basis on Nasdaq at the open of trading on the same day.
