Gray Media to Acquire 2 TV Stations From SagamoreHill Broadcasting

05:02 AM EDT, 08/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Gray Media ( GTN ) said Thursday that it reached a deal to acquire SagamoreHill Broadcasting's WLTZ and KJTV television stations.

No financial details were disclosed. Gray Media ( GTN ) said it expects to close the acquisitions in Q4.
