08:40 AM EDT, 07/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Gray Media ( GTN ) signed an agreement with University of Tennessee Athletics and the Vol Network to expand television coverage of Tennessee Athletics content to reach East, Middle, and West Tennessee, according to a joint statement Friday.

The partnership, which will continue through 2028, will cover the three largest markets in the state through Gray's newly launched Tennessee Valley Sports Network, with plans to expand to Chattanooga and Jackson, the parties said.

Shares of Gray were up more than 1% in recent premarket activity Friday.
