10:54 AM EDT, 08/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Gray Television ( GTN ) and the CW Network said Monday they have signed an agreement to renew the affiliations of 38 Gray-owned local television stations.

Under the deal, the TV stations will keep exclusivity of Pac-12 college football, ACC college football and basketball, NASCAR Xfinity Series Racing, WWE NXT wrestling, and LIV Golf in their markets, the companies said.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

Nexstar Media ( NXST ) has a 75% stake in CW, while Paramount Global ( PARAA ) and Warner Bros. Discovery ( WBD ) evenly split the remaining 25%.
