Gray Television Plans to Raise $700 Million Debt to Refinance

09:02 AM EDT, 07/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Gray Television (GTN) said Tuesday that it plans to raise $700 million debt through senior secured first lien notes which will be due 2033.

The company said it will use the fresh funds, along with its revolving credit facility, to repay a part of its earlier loans which are due 2028 and 2029.
