10:47 AM EDT, 06/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Gray Television ( GTN ) said Tuesday roughly $10 million principal amount of senior notes remain outstanding following the June 17 expiration date in its cash tender offer of 5.875% senior notes due 2026 announced on May 20.

No additional senior notes have been validly tendered and not withdrawn after the June 3 early tender date and prior to Monday, the company added.

Gray also said it is not buying any additional notes.
