Green Plains Deploys Fluid Quip's Clean Sugar Technology for Dextrose Syrup Production

08:58 AM EDT, 10/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Green Plains ( GPRE ) said Monday it has launched production of dextrose syrups with the first commercial deployment of Fluid Quip Technologies' Clean Sugar Technology at a Shenandoah, Iowa facility.

Bulk shipments of commercial quantities to end-use customers are expected to start in the coming weeks, Green Plains ( GPRE ) said.

Green Plains ( GPRE ) said it is in advanced negotiations for multiple offtake partnerships, and that "interest for these dextrose and glucose corn syrups exceeds the current production capacity of the Shenandoah facility."
