GreenArrow Grows in California with the Acquisition of Earthbound Electric
Oct 14, 2025 5:58 AM

OCEANO, Calif., Oct. 14, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- GreenArrow, a leading provider of transportation electrical services, has acquired Earthbound Electric (Earthbound) though its California subsidiary Bear Electrical Solutions. This latest acquisition makes GreenArrow one of the largest providers of transportation electrical services in the state of California.

Jason and Chelsea Perry founded Earthbound in Arroyo Grande, California, just over six years ago. From the beginning, the organization's focus was to keep local traffic moving safely by building and maintaining traffic signals and streetlights for municipalities throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. Earthbound's commitment to delivering high-quality work quickly built a strong reputation of trust and reliability, which paved the way for remarkable growth. This history of quality service and reliability  provides a solid foundation for its next chapter of growth as part of the GreenArrow family.  "GreenArrow was a natural fit for Earthbound, as our geographic strengths complement each other perfectly," said Jason Perry, President of Earthbound.

The GreenArrow brand, formed in early 2025, is focused on uniting exceptional infrastructure services companies to provide safer, smarter, and more efficient electrical solutions. With the addition of Earthbound, the GreenArrow family now includes over 650 employees across California, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and Florida. GreenArrow specializes in maintaining and installing transportation electrical infrastructure, including traffic signals, streetlights, intelligent transportation systems, and utility systems.

"Integrating Earthbound with our existing California operations significantly expands our coverage across the state and demonstrates our 'Land and Expand' strategy in action," said Lloyd Kuehn, CEO of GreenArrow. "With this acquisition—and those to come—our goal is to be the go-to solution provider that can support 100% of California's transportation electrical needs."
