Jason and Chelsea Perry founded Earthbound in Arroyo Grande, California, just over six years ago. From the beginning, the organization's focus was to keep local traffic moving safely by building and maintaining traffic signals and streetlights for municipalities throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties.
