Greenheart Gold Announces $25 Million Bought Deal Private Placement of Common Shares

04:52 PM EDT, 09/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Greenheart Gold ( GHRTF ) on Wednesday said it is raising $25 million in a bought-deal share offering.

The company said it is selling an underwriting syndicate 50-million shares priced at $0.50. It also granted a 7.5-million share over-allotment option.

Proceeds will be used by the company to acquire and explore mineral properties in Guyana and Suriname, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Greenheart shares closed up $0.03 to $0.60 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
