05:58 AM EST, 11/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Greenidge Generation Holdings ( GREE ) said Friday that a New York judge overturned the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation's denial of its application for renewal of a Title V Air Permit.

The company said its operations at the New York facility will continue uninterrupted.

"This is the seventh court ruling on Greenidge's operation - with seven decisions in favor of Greenidge. Why? Because when actual judges rule - not DEC political actors - the facts and law govern, and our record is clear: we comply with state and federal law", Greenidge Generation ( GREE ) said in a statement following the ruling.

Shares of the company rose more than 41% in premarket activity.
