09:00 AM EDT, 05/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Greenlane ( GNLN ) said Wednesday it has signed an agreement to distribute vape manufacturer Greentank Technologies' products in the US.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the agreement, Greenlane ( GNLN ) said it will distribute Greentank's cartridges and vaporizers in the US.

Shares of Greenlane ( GNLN ) were up more than 60% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
