AMSTERDAM, Feb 11 (Reuters) - Greenpeace International

said on Tuesday that it had filed suit against U.S. pipeline

company Energy Transfer ( ET ) in a Dutch court in what

Greenpeace said was the first test of a new European law aimed

at curbing lawsuits intended to silence watchdogs.

Energy Transfer ( ET ) also has its own pending lawsuit against

Greenpeace, the lobby group said.
