Greenridge Exploration to Raise $1.5 Million in Private Placement

08:29 AM EST, 03/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Greenridge Exploration ( GXPLF ) on Friday said it plans to raise $1.5 million through a non-brokered private placement of units.

The company will issue up to 3.3 million units at $0.45 each. Each unit will consist of one share and half of one warrant. Each three-year warrant can buy a share at $0.65.

Greenridge will use the proceeds to fund exploration.
