05:01 PM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Greenwave Technology Solutions ( GWAV ) said Tuesday it has received an additional delinquency notice from Nasdaq which stated that, due to a delay in the filing of its report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, it was not in compliance with a listing rule.

The company said the additional delinquency may serve as an additional basis for the delisting of its securities from Nasdaq.

Greenwave said it is working to file the delayed reports with the US Securities and Exchange Commission to reach compliance with the requirement.

The company's shares were falling 5% in recent after-hours activity.
