Griffon Board Approves Additional $400 Million Share Buyback

08:10 AM EST, 11/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Griffon (GFF) said Wednesday that its board has approved an additional $400 million for share repurchases.

Since April 2023 the company has repurchased 9.4 million shares, representing 16.4% of outstanding stock, Griffon said.
