09:29 AM EDT, 06/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Griffon (GFF) and ONCAP launched joint venture Veritage Brands, a provider of home organization and garden tools, the companies said separately on Wednesday.

The joint venture was a combination of ONCAP's Venanpri Group and Griffon's AMES Companies businesses in US and Canada, the companies said.

Griffon said it received $100 million in cash consideration and $161 million of second lien debt from Veritage Brands for the sale of AMES US and Canada.

ONCAP holds 57% equity interest in the joint venture, while Griffon owns 43%, they said.
