Griffon's Unit Acquires Pope Products Business From Toro

09:27 AM EDT, 07/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Griffon's (GFF) The Ames unit has acquired The Toro's (TTC) Pope products residential garden watering and irrigation business in Australia, the companies said Monday.

Financial details of the acquisition weren't disclosed.

Griffon said it expects Pope to attribute about $25 million in revenue annually and the acquisition will be accretive to its earnings in the first full year of ownership.
