12:41 PM EDT, 03/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Grifols' ( GRFS ) long-term issuer default rating was upgraded to BB- from B+ with a stable outlook, Fitch Ratings said in a statement Wednesday.

Fitch also upgraded the company's senior secured ratings to BB+ and senior unsecured ratings to B+, according to the statement.

Fitch said the upgrades reflect Grifols' ( GRFS ) underlying performance and the stable outlook indicates its expectation of profitable organic growth.

Shares of Grifols ( GRFS ) rose 1.9% in Wednesday trading.
