Grindr Q1 Swings to Profit as Revenue Increases; Shares Fall After Hours

05:08 PM EDT, 05/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Grindr ( GRND ) reported a Q1 earnings late Thursday of $0.09 per diluted share, swinging from a loss of $0.05 a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.09.

Revenue in the three months ended March 31 rose to $93.9 million from $75.3 million a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $95.3 million.

Shares of the company fell 8% in recent after-hours trading.
