Group 1 Automotive Maintains Dividend, Offers Share Buyback Update

05:34 PM EDT, 08/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Group 1 Automotive ( GPI ) said late Tuesday it maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.50 per share, payable Sept. 16 to holders of record Sept. 2.

The company said it repurchased 447,373 common shares year-to-date at an average price of $416.6 for a total of $186 million. As of Aug. 12, Group 1 had $290 million remaining under its current share buyback authorization.
